At 13, my life took a drastic turn. I was pulled out of school, and by 14, I found myself homeless and pregnant. I was constantly told I would never amount to anything. The weight of rejection and pain shaped my thoughts, leaving me with deep-seated self-doubt and limiting beliefs that kept me from stepping into my calling.
But oneĀ woman saw something in meĀ and helped me recognize my worth. With her belief and my resilience, I embarked on a healing journey that changed everything.
Today, I am a doctor of trauma counseling, an award-winning life coach, a neuro change practitioner, mentor, speaker, and author. I turned my pain into purpose, and now I help others do the same by breaking mental barriers, healing deeply, and stepping into the life they were meant to live.
